Mariah Carey drunk, accepts award

The usually composed (minus her breakdown moment) Mariah Carey was obviously tipsy when accepting the award for her work in Precious.
There was nothing precious about watching a slurring, unstable and squealing Mariah walking up the stage to receive her Breakthrough award at the Palm Springs Film Festival.
She plays a mustachioed (and pretty much packed on the uglies) social worker in the movie – and surprisingly got rave reviews for her performance.
I gather the movie is nothing like Glitter then? Coz, that was just painful to watch…or even think about. Yikes!
Anyway, see for yourself…Mariah at her grandest moment, accepting the award all drunk and disoriented.

She should have just had a timble for Dutch courage. Singing is one thing but speaking off the cuff, could be nerve racking!

I have tickets reserved from my friend in Singapore to see Mariah Carey’s concert. I am excited to that as it is my first time to see her performing live

It will good if Mariah Carey will be on the panel of judges for the tv show American Idol. She is a great singer and she would be a very good judge to the show. She has been my hero for many years
